Idaho Outdoor Experience
Multiple Day Rides
We provide over-night trips up to a trip for 5 day and 4 nights. Again, we use National Forest Service Lands as our playground. Tents, air mattresses, meals, horses, and tack are all provided by Idaho Outdoor Experience. All you need to bring is yourself, a sleeping bag and any personal items you may need. We ride through the back country seeing wildlife and amazing scenery. We can ride along the high drive overlooking Lake Pend Oreille. The amazing orange and pinkish sunset is enough to take your breath away.
We take a pack string and bring along our fabulous dutch ovens for meal times. Our cooks can make a mouth-watering Baked Chicken with ranch in his dutch ovens. He can also make big juicy steaks. Flapjacks, bacon, biscuits, sausages and hashbrowns are part of our hearty breakfasts. Special dietary needs can be met upon request.
We camp along beautiful streams, crystal clear creeks, pass through wide sweeping meadows and into high mountain lakes. Visit the upper Coeur d' Alene River or the proposed Scotchman Mountain Wilderness.
